As the construction project manager, Sandbar Design Co. will be the team integrator who actively manages your risk on any project, and we will coordinate the schedule of work ongoing and upcoming.
Prior to beginning construction we will solicit bids, evaluate and then recommend the best contractor for the project. After working for many years throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, we have an extensive network of the best contractors to provide any service that would be needed. During construction, we will actively review quality and keep the project on track in order to achieve the agreed to timeline.Our job is to make your project a success by achieving the budget, schedule and quality goals that we set out in the beginning of the job.
