After initially meeting and reviewing the project, our design process starts with a precedent study for what is being envisioned, Its best when the owner can provide some of these images and inspirations. After gathering a clear vision and goal for the project we then start to design and adapt for our unique site specific or existing conditions. As we develop the design we will be in contact back and forth showing ideas and fine tuning the details of the project. Once you the owner are satisfied with the design, full construction documents are produced, these range from permit drawings to fully detailed sets depending on the desire of the client.
