This was a very special project for a little girls Nursery. The theme was based around a color scheme which was pink, green and teal. We decided to play with a lot of different patterns and textures as we always do, but really up the cool factor with some fun wallpaper and it came out exactly as it was envisioned which is always the best feeling as a designer. You see it, you get the client to believe it and then you deliver.

Sarah has been a sales associate since 2021 which has allowed Sandbar Design Co. to be one of the few companies to offer Design, Build & Sales. We provide a full spectrum of concierge services to homeowners on the South Coast. To date Sarah has closed on almost $14 million worth of real estate and she is currently affiliated with Residential Properties LTD.   As one of the few firms with a full service in-house marketing department, RPL produces professional photography, video tours, virtual 3D walkthroughs, and independent property websites to differentiate its listings, improve exposure, and increase property inquiries.

Sandbar Home is a home decor shop in Padanaram Village. It brings an old school Florida flair to the South Coast and offers home décor, vintage finds, a curated collection of art, and a design bar full of designer fabrics and wallpapers. It is located at 338 Elm Street, just go down the Via and through the blue awning.  It is always sunny at Sandbar Home.
